NeoQuasar/Kronos-small (24.7M, max context 512) with NeoQuasar/Kronos-Tokenizer-base. Open weights only — not Kronos-large, not fine-tuned. MIT / AAAI 2026 / arXiv 2508.02739.

Realized vol is the close-to-close sample standard deviation (ddof=1) of log returns, annualized with √252, on the bars actually sent to the model (last 512 daily bars). The same estimator is applied to each synthetic path, anchored at the last realized close. It is not a Kronos output head.
Independent predict() draws with sample_count=1. Upstream predict averages paths when sample_count>1; this lab does not.
